If your cover has ever gotten heavy from water absorption or cracked from a snow load, our 2# density cores are for you.
Protect your investment, and extend the life of your cover with this important upgrade.
Is your cover so heavy you can barely open it? Get double protection with double wrapped cores and reduce the chance of water absorption. Our double wrap, double seal coverage means the internal Styrofoam cores stays lighter, longer. And since soggy cores reduce the insulating quality of your cover, this feature helps save money too.
This revolutionary insulating gasket seal prevents heat loss where the two cover halves fold together. When the cover is shut, the two halves seal automatically, which is critical to long-term energy savings. Payback on energy savings is typically seen in less than 12 months according to independent testing.
Visible when you open the cover, these nylon handles are ergonomically off-set to make them easy to use.
If you have an EZ-Lifter, you can flip the cover open, step into the spa, and use these handles to push and slide the cover out of the way.
Every cover has a standard set of handles, (1 in the front and 1 in the back). Adding a second set of outside handles makes opening and closing your cover from all 4 sides a breeze. The skirt of a cover is not meant to act as a handle as they can easily tear this way.
Handles made of rubber. Comes in pairs.>
If you would like to have a spa cover skirt length longer than the standard of 6 inches or less, please click the below check box and enter the length below.
If your Spa was made by one of these manufacturers, then there's no need to measure your cover; we already have these templates.
Don't worry, we may call you for additional information after we review your order.
If you need assistance, advice or just have a question, we’d love to hear from you.
Knowing your spa’s Serial Number helps identify the correct replacement parts and cover. In a perfect world you wrote it on the original sales invoice and stored in your “Hot Tub” file folder at home. Or, maybe you wrote it on the face of your Owner’s Manual. Luckily, even in an imperfect world it’s still easy to find.
